Christian Spesia has over 20 years of experience in the areas of real estate, zoning and land use matters. This experience includes personal involvement in the annexation and zoning of thousands of acres of property for industrial, residential and commercial development.
In addition to his extensive annexation and zoning experience, Chris Spesia’s development and land use work on behalf of the Firm’s clients includes the negotiation and implementation of sales tax incentive agreements, property tax abatements, special assessment and special services areas, tax increment financing districts, development agreements and business development districts.
Bradley McCann has over 17 years of experience representing clients in various real estate transactions. His representations in this area have included clients who purchased foreclosed homes at Sheriff’s Auctions. In those cases, Bradley McCann ensured that his clients had good title to the property, allowing for quick turn-around sales following repairs and renovations. Bradley McCann has worked with clients in creating Series Limited Liability Companies in Illinois to protect owners of multiple rental properties.
The real estate attorneys at Spesia & Ayers have worked with corporate and individual clients in negotiating, drafting and executing commercial and residential leases for office space, retail space, restaurant space, residential rental units, as well as in creating, implementing, and protecting easement rights.
